60 Ton Container Terminal Trailer

60 Ton Container Terminal Trailer

This Container Terminal Trailer is made for fast, short moves inside ports and yards. It is used for shifting full 40ft or 45ft containers between the ship, the stacking yard, and trucks. This trailer is built to hook tightly onto a terminal tractor and turn sharply in small spaces. It keeps goods safe and moving quickly during busy dock work. The axle number can be changed to fit different port rules and cargo weights.

Overview

Built for Port Limits

The deck sits low to the ground, which helps it hook up easily to a terminal tractor and pass under yard cranes.

The compact design gives a sharp turning angle, letting it turn tightly on narrow quayside lanes.

It carries 40ft and 45ft containers quickly between the docks, so there is no waiting time for the crane.

The axle number (2, 3, or 4) is flexible, so we can build it to match the exact weight limits at your local port.

Steady Heavy Pulls

The main beam is thick and strong, so it pulls full 60-ton containers without twisting.

Strong twist locks grip the container corners tight, so the box stays locked to the frame during short, repeated moves.

Heavy-duty wheels and tires are built for low-speed, high-weight pushing and pulling inside the yard.

The braking system is reliable, helping the tractor stop safely even when pulling a full container.
