Overview
45m³ U-Shaped Body for Heavy Bulk Transport
This 4-axle rear tipper semi-trailer is built for transporting sand, gravel, crushed stone, coal and other bulk materials. The 45m³ U-shaped dump body measures 9,000 × 2,500 × 2,000 mm, with an 8 mm floor and 6 mm side walls. Its curved body design helps materials slide out during unloading and reduces material buildup in the corners.
An imported HYVA hydraulic cylinder provides the lifting power, while the reinforced chassis supports the body during loading, transport and tipping operations.
Four Axles with a Liftable First Axle
The trailer uses four 13-ton FUWA axles. The first axle has air suspension with a lifting function, while the rear three axles use mechanical leaf-spring suspension.
When fully loaded, all four axles can share the weight. During empty return trips, the first axle can be raised when road regulations and operating conditions permit, helping reduce unnecessary tire wear. This combination is particularly useful for operators who regularly travel between loading sites and unloading destinations.

45m³ U-Shaped Dump Body
The 9,000 × 2,500 × 2,000 mm body features an 8 mm floor and 6 mm side walls. Its U-shaped design provides a smoother internal surface, helping bulk materials discharge more easily and reducing material trapped in corners.
Four 13T FUWA Axles
Four 13-ton FUWA axles distribute the load across the trailer. Combined with 315/80R22.5 tires, this configuration is designed for frequent bulk-material transport on construction and quarry routes.
Liftable First Axle
The first axle uses air suspension with a lifting function, while the rear three axles are equipped with mechanical suspension and 90 × 16 mm leaf springs. Raising the first axle during empty trips can help reduce tire wear and rolling resistance. Lowering it for loaded transport allows all four axles to support the load.
Reinforced Main Beam and Chassis
The chassis uses 500 mm high main beams with 16 mm upper and lower flanges and an 8 mm web plate. Four additional reinforcing ribs strengthen the structure, providing support for the loaded body and repeated tipping operations.
Imported HYVA Hydraulic Cylinder
An imported HYVA hydraulic cylinder, complete with hydraulic components and a power take-off system, powers the rear tipping mechanism. It provides the lifting force needed to unload sand, gravel and other loose bulk materials.
WABCO Braking and Practical Components
The trailer is equipped with a WABCO brake valve, a 4S/2M ABS system, a 90# kingpin and double-speed landing gear. These components support braking control, tractor coupling and daily trailer operation. The rear mechanical suspension also allows straightforward inspection of leaf springs and suspension components.
