Not everyone needs it – but if you're handling heavy containers and working exclusively at ports, it's worth a look.
Suspension type – both mechanical and air suspension are available. Skeletal trailers carrying containers benefit from air suspension – smoother ride, less shock to the container and its contents. Twist locks are the locking heads mounted on the frame. When the container is lowered, the twist locks go into the corner castings, turn, and lock. Their positions determine what container sizes the trailer can handle.
